  He has a general law practice with an emphasis on employment law, litigation, business organizations and contract drafting.

  Mr. Miltenberger has handled various litigation matters in federal and state court and before numerous federal and state administrative agencies. His responsibilities have included all aspects of the litigation. He has handled injunction hearings, all phases of discovery, dispositive motions, settlement negotiations, trials and appeals. Mr. Miltenberger has extensive arbitration experience having represented parties in over fifty labor arbitration hearings.

  He has been active in the legal area of business formation and regulation. He has served as General Counsel for three start-up companies, including a publically traded company. From start-up funding to liquidity events, Mr. Miltenberger has negotiated and drafted a wide range of agreements and guided companies through their growth stages. His experience drafting contracts applies to national and international contracts, having completed exclusive distribution agreements for China, India and Sri Lanka.

She has practiced in several areas of law during her legal career, including employment law for more than ten years of her career. Ms. Miltenberger has handled cases in minimum wage and overtime, discrimination, family medical leave and retaliation. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and an editor of the Law Review.
