Mr. Miltenberger has extensive arbitration experience having represented parties in over fifty labor arbitration hearings.
He has been active in the legal area of business formation and regulation. He has served as General Counsel for three start-up companies, including a publically traded company. From start-up funding to liquidity events, Mr. Miltenberger has negotiated and drafted a wide range of agreements and guided companies through their growth stages. His experience drafting contracts applies to national and international contracts, having completed exclusive distribution agreements for China, India and Sri Lanka.
